Important details
- Ages 6+ only. Minors require a release signed by a parent or guardian.
- Snowmobile renters must be 21+ and have a driver's license. Bring your license for check-in; one license is required per snowmobile.
- Weight limit: 350 lbs per snowmobile.
- A $500 damage deposit per snowmobile is required on the day of your reservation, separate from the listed price. The deposit requires a Visa or Mastercard. You are responsible for all damage.
- A Sno-Park parking permit is required for each parked vehicle and is not included in the listed price.
- Wear full winter gear: boots, gloves, and snow pants with a jacket or a snowsuit. You cannot ride without it. Bring eye protection and wear the provided helmet.
- Complete a liability waiver for each person before arrival and sign the required release agreement at check-in.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour for check-in, the safety video, helmet fitting, and a snowmobile walkthrough. Late arrival may shorten your ride.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before for a full refund; 13–8 days incurs $50 per snowmobile; 7–3 days receives a 50% refund; within 48 hours, no refund. Arriving 25 minutes late means cancellation without refund. Tours run rain, snow or shine. Weather cancellations receive a refund only if both Stevens Pass and Snoqualmie/Blewett Passes are closed at your reservation time.
