Important details

• The renter must be at least 25 and have a valid driver's license. Bring the driver's license of everyone who will drive.
• Minors require a parent or guardian present to sign their waiver.
• Pets are allowed but discouraged because of injury and vehicle-damage risks. You assume all responsibility for bringing a pet.
• A refundable $1,000 damage deposit per machine is required at pickup and is not included in the listed price. Bring a credit card for the deposit hold.
• No insurance is provided or offered. You are responsible for 100% of liability, damage, or loss, even if it is not caused by your negligence, including vehicle damage or loss and lost rental revenue. Damage or replacement costs use the manufacturer's list price at the time of the incident. The activity carries a risk of serious injury or death.
• Complete and sign the rental agreement and liability waiver on the day of your reservation. Every rider needs an individual waiver.
• Helmets are required for anyone under 18 and optional for ages 18+.
• Only the riders who sign waivers may use the machine during the rental; switching riders is not allowed.
• No smoking, drugs, or alcohol are allowed in the vehicle. Stay on the trail and pack out everything you bring.
• You are responsible for safe vehicle operation and the safety of yourself, your passengers, and others. Service may be refused if safety is in question.
• Return the rental at Camp Bird Trailhead.
• Arrive at your reservation's start time to complete paperwork and the deposit hold before collecting your machine.
