- Arrive 30 minutes before departure
- Passengers ages 5+ only
- Drivers ages 16–17 may operate only with a parent or guardian present and cannot carry underage passengers
- Drivers must be 18+ to sign the rental agreement; riders 15 and under cannot operate a WaveRunner
- Bring photo identification as proof of age
- A Boater Safety Card is required to operate alone if born on or after January 1, 1988
- A temporary Boater Safety Certificate Examination is available for $3, not included in the listed price
- Maximum combined weight is 400 lbs per WaveRunner
- Weather conditions may limit each WaveRunner to one rider
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before for a full refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

FAQs
Bring valid photo identification for proof of age. If you were born on or before December 31, 1987, no Boater Safety Card is required. If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, a Boater Safety Card is required to operate alone. Riders age 15 and under cannot operate a WaveRunner.
Each WaveRunner carries up to 2 riders with a combined maximum weight of 400 lbs. Weather conditions may limit your Guided WaveRunner Tour to 1 rider per machine.
Your tour may be rescheduled or refunded in unsafe conditions. Your guide makes the final weather and safety decision.
