- Be ready for pickup at your scheduled hike time. The van waits no more than 10 minutes before departing.
Cancellation Policy
Weather cancellations are limited to extreme conditions. If the operator cancels for weather or unforeseen events, you can reschedule or receive credit; full refunds are usually issued only in this case. Cancel more than a week ahead: 15% administration fee. A week to 24 hours ahead: 50% of the hike price plus administration fees. Less than 24 hours ahead or no-show: full price including fees.
