Full refund for customer cancellations within 24 hours before launch; no refund after 24 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels due to bad weather, including high winds or temperatures below 40°F. No-shows, wrong-location arrivals, and arrivals 20 minutes after launch are charged full price.
