E-Bikes & Boards has clearly won over locals and visitors with their combination of great equipment and genuinely helpful service. The owners and staff consistently earn praise for being knowledgeable, friendly, and going the extra mile—one reviewer even mentioned staff leaving the shop to help when they got lost. The online booking system makes reservations smooth, and people appreciate the thorough safety briefing and proper bike fitting before heading out. The location is a major asset, sitting right on the water with easy access to Gulf State Park trails and the Fort Morgan path. Customers love that they can rent both e-bikes and kayaks from the same spot, with kayakers able to launch directly into the lagoon from the adjacent dock. The pedal-assist bikes get consistent thumbs up for being comfortable and easy to ride, with helmets and locks included. A couple of minor equipment hiccups were mentioned (squeaky brakes, a rattle), but staff addressed these quickly. Overall, this is a reliable choice for exploring the area's beautiful trails and waterways at reasonable prices.
Our church youth group took a sunset kayak paddle across Little Lagoon to the State Park. We saw so much native fauna and wildlife. We took experienced kayakers and beginners and all had a great time! Thanks e-bikes and Boards
