A minimum of 6 people is required for the tour to operate. Closed-toed shoes are required. Groups of 25+ receive a buffet; groups under 25 order off the menu.
Cancellation Policy
Free & independent traveler bookings: cancel within 48 hours of your tour time and you will be charged 100% of your booking; outside 48 hours full refund. DMC/meeting planner/corporate groups: cancel within 30 days and you will be charged 100%; outside 30 days full refund.

Yes. You need at least 6 people for the tour to operate. If your tour does not meet that requirement, Stellar Adventures will reschedule or refund.
Wear closed-toed shoes (required). Stellar Adventures also recommends comfy clothes, sunscreen, and a hat or hair tie.
If conditions are dangerous (such as lightning or flooding), the tour may be canceled at no cost. If weather is inclement but not dangerous (such as rainy, cloudy, snowy, or windy), tours operate and are billed as scheduled. Stellar Adventures determines what is safe.
