Important details
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in
- Complete the required waiver before your rental
- Renter age is 23+; operator age is 21+
- Passengers under 18 must ride with a guardian
- Bring a valid driver's license and the credit card used for the reservation
- An $18 street-legal/off-road tag fee is added to the rental cost and is not included in the listed price
- A $1,500 credit-card preauthorization hold is required at check-in; you are responsible for damage up to $3,000
- Refuel with premium 91 fuel before returning the vehicle; your card may be charged for refueling, time overages, cleaning, damage, or missing equipment
- Stay on local and state-approved open trails; travel outside Arizona, into Mexico, and in sand dunes is prohibited
- Wear closed-toe shoes
- UTV recovery incurs a $500 fee plus $95 per hour; vehicles out of service due to damage incur a $100 daily loss-of-use fee
Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days before your rental: full refund. From 7 days to 48 hours before: refund minus a 25% cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours before: no refund. Rides operate rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather.
