Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a refund (less credit card processing fees). Less than 72 hours may result in a partial refund only if seats are rebooked; if not, no refund. No-shows are charged full amount. Reschedule within 72 hours: 20% fee. Late: $25 per guide per hour.
