Excellent

The team here has built a strong reputation for warm, knowledgeable service across everything they offer, from e-bike rentals and gear packages to guided canyoneering trips. Staff like Thomas, Chandler, and Chris stand out in reviews for being genuinely helpful and attentive, and the guides, particularly Forest and Kyle, earn consistent praise for their ability to read their groups, adjust to comfort levels, and make even nervous first-timers feel at ease. Gear rental for the Narrows is a clear specialty. Reviewers appreciate the streamlined pickup process, the option to collect gear the evening before, and the practical advice staff offer about what to expect on the trail. E-bike rentals are popular too, with the shop's location right near the park entrance making it easy to get on the road quickly. One reviewer did mention uncomfortable bike seats, so if that's a concern, it may be worth asking about options when you arrive. Overall, the vibe here is relaxed and accommodating, with staff who seem genuinely invested in making each trip go well. The canyoneering experiences in particular leave a lasting impression on guests, with multiple reviewers describing them as among the best parts of their visit to Zion.

What people are saying

Great experience for our first Via Ferrata! We climbed with Kyle and Thomas who were both patient, informational, and friendly. Once checked in it’s about a 45 minute drive from the office to the beginning of the hike, we did a practice wall to get comfortable using the gear and then we dangled off a cliff! Would recommend for those who have never done a via Ferrata and want a guide and instructor.
