Ages 12+ only; 250 lb max weight. Check in 15 minutes before departure; total tour time is about 4 hours including transport and safety orientation. Missed tours due to ferry delays are treated as same-day cancellations with no refund or reschedule.
Cancellation policy
Cancel 30+ days before departure for a full refund; 15–29 days get 50% refund; 0–14 days no refund. No-shows charged in full. Rebooking is $20 per person if available; no rebooking within 48 hours. Operator may cancel and will refund tour cost. Missed tours due to ferry delays are treated as same-day cancellations with no refund or reschedule.
