- Arrive 10–15 minutes before departure to allow time for parking
- Sign a waiver for every passenger before the excursion begins
- Alcohol is permitted for travelers ages 21+ with valid ID
- Do not park in the trailer parking lot unless your vehicle has a boat trailer
- Additional time, if available, costs $125 per hour for 1–6 people or $150 per hour for 7–13 people
- Beach chairs are available for $5 each, or bring your own
- Captain gratuity of 15–25% is customary for excellent service
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure. No refund for cancellations within 72 hours or for no-shows. Full refund or rescheduling is available if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances.
