Important details
- A valid driver's license is required to drive any rental. Bring your license and valid ID to pickup.
- Summit 850 models require experienced riders and are intended for mountain riding, not trails.
- The Grand Touring two-seater has a 400 lb weight limit.
- Complete a waiver and rental agreement for every rider before pickup.
- A $500 card hold may apply at pickup if you do not purchase a damage waiver.
- You are responsible for damage costs, including parts, labor and lost rental income while the machine is unavailable. Damage that prevents the next day's rental incurs at least one day's lost rental charge. These costs are not included in the listed price.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. Return the snowmobile with a full tank using only premium 91-octane fuel. If it is returned below full, you'll be charged $10 per gallon for refueling.
- Recovery charges for time and fuel apply if the machine needs to be retrieved and are not included in the listed price.
- Riding outside Idaho requires purchasing the applicable tag separately; this cost is not included in the listed price. Montana tags are not provided.
- Wear closed-toe shoes.
- Do not ride on highways, roadways or other people's property. Do not abandon a stuck or damaged machine. Cell service is limited in parts of Island Park.
- Your booked machine may be replaced with another available machine if a previous renter damages it.
- Return your machine on time. Late returns incur a $75 charge per half hour, not included in the listed price.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before your rental for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days receive a refund minus $99 per machine per day. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full price. Weather does not entitle you to a refund or rescheduling. No refunds for late pickups or early returns.

Damage waivers cost $25 per machine per day for up to $250 in damage coverage, or $50 per machine per day for up to $500 in coverage. These optional costs are not included in the listed price. Damage waivers are unavailable once you have checked out the machine.
Daily gear rentals cost $8 for a helmet, $20 for a monosuit, $10 each for bibs, a jacket or boots, and $5 for gloves. A full set costs $40 and includes a helmet, monosuit or bibs and jacket, boots and gloves. Gear costs are not included in the listed price. Helmets have no face shields; bring your own goggles or purchase a pair starting at $27.
