Things to know
Babies should be carried, and toddlers should be able to walk for the rainforest portion. Bring your own child seat and any special snacks for kids.
Cancellation Policy
A $250 deposit (plus HI State tax) is required. Full payment is charged within 7 days of the tour. Cancel outside 7 days for a full refund. Cancel within 72 hours: refund balance minus the $250 (+ tax) deposit. Weather cancellations due to a State Road Advisory: reschedule or full refund if not accommodated.
FAQs
Wear a bathing suit under your clothes if you plan to get wet. Bring sturdy footwear that can get wet (such as sport sandals), a change of clothes and shoes for the ride back, a camera, a hat, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent.
You get towels if you want to get wet, ponchos in case of rain, sanitized stainless steel reusable water bottles, and water refills.
There is no age limit as long as kids are up for it. Carry babies as you would at home. Toddlers should be able to walk to go into the rainforest. Bring your own child seat and any special snacks kids may want.
