Ages 14+ and under 250 lbs; some physical fitness is required, and you may be weighed at check-in. If you book online, you are only reserving the 7:30 am hills lesson and must schedule the tandem portion separately with the operator. No shuttle service is provided.

Yes. When you book online, you reserve only the 7:30 am Eastern Time bunny hill lesson. You must schedule the tandem portion separately, and tandem availability depends on open spots.
Plan to gently run about 10–15 yards with each training-hill flight. Some physical fitness is required.
You must be at least 14 years old and weigh under 250 lbs. Students on the training hills must weigh at least 100 lbs. Expect to be weighed at check-in, and guests between 220 and 250 lbs need smooth conditions to fly.
