- Drivers must be ages 21+ with a valid motorcycle license or endorsement
- Bring and present your valid motorcycle license or endorsement at pickup
- Rear passengers must be at least 7 years old
- Wear eye protection; bring sunglasses or other eye protection
- Complete a liability waiver at the time of rental
- A credit or debit card is required for a security-deposit authorization, and the cardholder must be present at pickup
- Keep the motorcycle on paved roads; off-road riding and the back side of Hana are prohibited
- Return on time; late returns result in additional charges
- Full-face helmets are available for an additional $15
- Optional towing coverage is available for $20 per day
- Optional damage waiver limits your financial responsibility; without it, you are responsible for damage up to the motorcycle's replacement value
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 1–2 units rented for 1–2 days at least 24 hours before start for a partial refund; later cancellations are non-refundable. Cancel 3+ day or 3+ unit rentals at least 120 hours before start for a partial refund; later cancellations are non-refundable. Rebooked reservations within these timeframes are non-refundable.
