Important details
- Ages 21+ for drivers; rear passengers must be at least 7
- A valid motorcycle license or endorsement is required and must be presented at pickup
- Complete a liability waiver at the time of rental
- A security-deposit authorization hold is required before release; the cardholder must be present at pickup
- Keep the motorcycle off off-road terrain and away from the back side of Hana
- Wear provided safety gear while riding
- Return on time; late returns result in additional charges
- Full-face helmets are available for an additional $15
- Optional damage waiver and towing coverage are available; without towing coverage, towing charges apply and can exceed $2,000
Cancellation Policy
For 1–2 units rented for up to 2 days, cancel at least 24 hours before start. For 3+ day or 3+ unit rentals, cancel at least 120 hours before start. Cancellations within these windows, including rebooked reservations, are nonrefundable.

FAQs
Ride on paved roads only. Off-road riding and travel on the back side of Hana are not permitted.
The optional damage waiver limits your financial responsibility, but it does not cover all damage or charges. You remain responsible for your deductible, excluded charges, and amounts not covered by the waiver.
Without towing coverage, you are responsible for all towing charges, regardless of cause.
