- Drivers must be at least 21 and present a valid motorcycle license or endorsement at pickup
- Rear passengers must be at least 7 years old
- Wear a helmet and eye protection; bring sunglasses or obtain eye protection on site
- Complete a liability waiver at rental
- A security deposit authorization, not included in the listed price, is required on a credit or debit card at arrival; the cardholder must be present
- Do not take the bike off road or on the back side of Hana
- Return on time; late returns incur additional charges
Cancellation Policy
For 1–2 units rented up to 2 days, cancel at least 24 hours before start; later cancellations are nonrefundable. For rentals of 3+ days or 3+ units, cancel at least 120 hours before start; later cancellations are nonrefundable. Rebooked reservations within these windows are nonrefundable.
