- Ages 21+ only; a valid motorcycle license or endorsement is required
- Bring and present your valid motorcycle license or endorsement at pickup
- Rear passengers must be at least 7 years old
- Complete a liability waiver at the time of rental
- Eye protection is required; bring sunglasses or obtain eye protection on arrival
- A security deposit authorization hold is required before vehicle release by credit or debit card; the cardholder must be present at pickup
- Keep the motorcycle on paved roads and do not ride on the back side of Hana
- Late returns incur additional charges
Cancellation Policy
For 1–2 units for up to 2 days, cancel at least 24 hours before start; the 10% deposit is forfeited. For 3+ day or 3+ unit rentals, cancel at least 120 hours before start; the 50% deposit is forfeited. Later cancellations and rebookings within these windows are nonrefundable.
