Things to know

Rear passengers must be at least 7 years old. Riding off road or on the back side of Hana is not permitted. A damage deposit by credit/debit card and a liability waiver are required at pickup.

What are the age and license requirements for renting a motorcycle?
Renters must be at least 21 with a valid motorcycle endorsement for motorcycles over 50cc. For 49cc mopeds, renters must be at least 18 with a regular driver's license.

Is safety gear provided with the rental?
Yes, required safety gear including helmets and goggles is provided free of charge.

Can I rent a motorcycle for multiple days?
Yes. Rental periods range from 4 hours to 7 days.

Are tours available?
Yes. Self-guided Navigation Tours are available on motorcycles equipped with GPS navigation.

What is your cancellation policy?
1-2 units for 1-2 days: cancel at least 24 hours prior; only the 10% deposit is forfeited. 3+ days or 3+ units: cancel at least 120 hours prior; only the 50% deposit is forfeited. Otherwise the full amount is nonrefundable.

Do you offer insurance options?
Yes. Optional damage waivers are available to limit financial responsibility in case of damage.

Are there additional fees I should know about?
Possible fees include late returns, lost keys, or optional accessories. See the rental agreement for details.

Can I ride with a passenger?
Yes. Many motorcycles can accommodate a passenger. Both rider and passenger must wear provided safety gear and follow rental policies.
