• The Great Australian Wildlife Experience has no age limit. Children aged 0–3 are free; child tickets cover ages 4–15 and adult tickets apply from age 16
• The half-day and full-day tours are not wheelchair- or stroller-accessible
• For the Great Australian Wildlife Experience, pets are not permitted, except service animals with valid identification
• On the half-day and full-day tours, do not feed wild animals or take part in activities that could damage the ecosystem
• For the Great Australian Wildlife Experience, do not bring outside food, drinks, bottles, firecrackers, lasers or dangerous items. Do not smoke or drink alcohol; doing so may result in removal. Entry or service may be refused if you appear intoxicated
• For Koala Breakfast, arrive at 8:45am
