Arrival & Check-In (15 min)
Arrive at the location and complete check-in. Our team will verify your reservation and provide instructions.
Safety Briefing (10 min) You’ll receive a quick but important safety orientation and operating instructions.
Gear Up (5 min) We provide life jackets and all necessary equipment for your ride. On-Water Training (5 min)
Short practice session to make sure you feel comfortable operating the jet ski.
Jet Ski Ride (60-90 min) Enjoy your ride through Miami waters with stunning views and guided supervision.
Return & Wrap-Up (5–10 min) Return to dock, quick check-out, and optional photos/videos.

Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled rental
- Operators must be at least 14; renters must be at least 18
- Riders under 14 must be at least 5 years old, 36 inches tall, and accompanied by an adult; they cannot operate the watercraft
- Maximum weight is 300 lbs per person
- Pregnancy is not permitted
- Not suitable for back, neck, serious medical conditions, recent surgeries, or injuries
- Remain able to swim or stay calm in the water
- Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during the activity
- A boating license may be required if you were born on or after January 1988
- A 3% credit or debit card fee applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available with at least 48 hours' notice. From 24 to 48 hours before, rescheduling is available. No refunds or cancellations within 24 hours. Operator cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances receive a full refund or rescheduling. Severe weather may be rescheduled.
