- Requires shifting your weight from side to side while bending your knees and hips
- Clear vision and functional hearing are required
- Participation during pregnancy is limited to the first trimester
- Riders under 18 require a parent's signature on the waiver and a parent or guardian on the tour
- For groups of 6 or more riders, a 15% automatic gratuity applies and is not included in the listed price
- Do not ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs or anything that could impair your balance
- Sign a liability waiver and complete an orientation checklist before riding
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule (one week for groups of 8+). Late cancellations and no-shows incur the full tour price. Tours run in light rain; choosing not to ride falls under the cancellation policy. Tours do not run in hazardous thunderstorms, and you won't be charged if weather prevents departure at the scheduled time.
