Book a private solo or couple retreat designed for deep relaxation and nervous system support while you rest. Spend the evening moving through spa-style experiences that combine sound, light, and mineral float therapy.
Check-in is at 6:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. The property is not handicap accessible. No alcoholic beverages or drugs are allowed in the retreat center or parking area.
Cancel 60+ days before the retreat for a deposit refund minus a $150 processing fee. Shorter notice: no deposit refund. Balance is due 3 weeks before start; if not received, the reservation is canceled and the deposit is non-refundable. No refunds for late arrival, early departure, travel delays, illness, or weather.
Wear comfy clothes appropriate for the season and dress in layers. Bring seasonally appropriate gear if you plan to get outside; lightweight boots are recommended for hiking, and a rain jacket is good to have. For shared experiences, bring a bathing suit for the Synergy Room and Mineral Float. Bring house slippers or flip flops that can get wet for walking to and from the Mineral Float.
