- Maximum combined passenger weight is 450 lbs per machine; passengers over this limit must split up
- Submit electronic waivers at least 24 hours before your tour
- Arrive 30 minutes before your tour time
- Everyone in your group must speak English
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your trip for a refund less a 10% processing fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable.
