FAQs
The Hilltop View Trail Ride is at a walking pace. Trotting or cantering generally requires a private ride and your guide's permission before the ride begins.
Bring water, sunscreen, and a snug hat or one with a chin strap. Wear closed-toe athletic shoes or boots and pants or jeans; sandals and shorts are not allowed. Bring a coat or windbreaker in cooler months.
Two portable toilets are available on the property. The Cerrillos State Park Visitor Center has indoor public restrooms on Saturdays and Sundays.
