This rental operation consistently wins over visitors with genuinely friendly, attentive service. Staff members like Ben, Angie, Trent, Gary, and Jason get called out repeatedly for making the rental process smooth and ensuring bikes are properly fitted, especially for kids. People appreciate how the team takes time to adjust equipment and answer questions without rushing anyone through. The bikes and kayaks arrive in good condition, and longtime customers mention returning year after year for reliable equipment at competitive prices. A couple of recent reviews flag billing confusion with incorrect charges that took time to resolve, suggesting you'll want to double-check your receipt before leaving. Overall though, the welcoming atmosphere and helpful crew make this a solid choice for families looking to explore the area on two wheels.
We rented 3 tandem kayaks (you know, the double kayaks...) for a family of 6. It was $38 per paddle for the 2 hour tour through the lagoon. We went in the middle of the day, the first hour was hot, the second hour was shaded. We all had a great time, and apologize for all of the times someone in our group yelled "FORE!"...We saw a decent variety of water fowl, and one deer. No gators, but the girls were eager to shout out any water logged floaters as such. Easiest time ever getting kids in and out of kayaks as well. Five stars.
