- Arrive at the marina 15 minutes before scheduled departure
- Show your driver’s license and state the name on your reservation at the Hilton Head Plantation back gate
- Do not enter Hilton Head Plantation by bicycle
- Dress comfortably for current weather conditions
- Bring only small soft-sided coolers; glass containers, red liquids, and spray sunscreen are not allowed
- Expect the captain to make final weather safety decisions, sometimes shortly before departure

Full refund with at least 72 hours' notice. Within 72 hours, only a partial refund may be available. No-shows are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
