- Arrive at your scheduled start time; check-in begins promptly
- Ages 21+ only; a valid state-issued ID or passport is required
- Bring your own drinks in non-glass containers; glass bottles are not allowed
- Closed-toe shoes are required; Crocs, flip-flops, strapless sandals, and heels are not allowed
- Sheer clothing, deep cleavage, cutoff shirts, and cutoff shorts are not allowed
- Weight limit: 275 lbs
- A waiver is required before riding
- Not recommended during pregnancy or for serious heart conditions
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations 7+ days before. Cancellations 2–6 days before are not refundable but can be rescheduled. Same-day cancellations and unsafe-weather cancellations receive a rain check, not a refund. No refunds or reschedules for no-shows.

Wear breathable, comfortable clothes and closed-toe sneakers. Do not wear sheer/see-through clothing, deep cleavage, cutoff shirts or cutoff shorts, or loungewear/sleepwear. Do not wear Crocs, flip flops, slides, slippers, strapless sandals, open-toed shoes, or heels.
Yes—bring your own drinks for the ride (bring your own drinks). You can use the onboard cooler, ice, and cups. Do not bring any glass bottles; transfer drinks to non-glass containers.
