- A separate damage deposit is required and is not included in the listed price. It may be secured by a credit card on file, cash, or a check dated the day of your event. Cash or check deposits are returned if there is no damage, cleanup is adequate, and the post-event checklist is completed. Damage, inadequate cleanup, or other policy violations may result in forfeiting the deposit or a charge to the card on file.

Cancellation Policy
A $50 cancellation fee applies. Full refund if you cancel more than 6 months before the reserved date; half refund more than 3 months before; no refund less than 3 months before. One date change is free; each additional change costs $50.

A staff member completes a walkthrough within 24 hours after your event. For Saturday events, the walkthrough takes place on Monday. You'll be notified of any issues.
