- Use the 9:00 AM and 4:45 PM ferries if traveling by ferry; island campers and private-boat arrivals may join
- Expect extremely bumpy unpaved roads and physically demanding conditions
- Bring water, food, sunscreen, bug spray, walking shoes, rain gear, a hat, sunglasses, and your confirmation email
- Children under age 8 or shorter than 4 ft 9 in require an appropriate child restraint device that you install
- Stay alert for ticks, biting flies, gnats, snakes, and alligators
Cancellation Policy
Request a refund at least 10 days before sailing; a 20% per-ticket cancellation fee applies. Cancellations within 10 days may not be refunded. Receive a full refund if the captain cancels sailing because of mechanical problems, severe weather, or heavy seas. Rain and cloudy conditions do not cancel sailings or qualify for refunds.
