Cancel at least 48 hours ahead for a refund minus 10%. Within 48 hours, no compensation is guaranteed; rebooking or a gift card may be offered. Operator cancellations receive a full refund. The captain decides weather safety: if canceled for weather, rebooking is attempted, with a full refund if unavailable. No compensation if you decline to sail when the captain deems it safe.
