Important details
- Not recommended for children under 5. Children ages 5–17 require an accompanying adult.
- Boarding requires ascending approximately 2–4 steps. Changing tides can make the dock steep and challenging, and the onboard restroom is not wheelchair accessible.
- Service animals only; pets and comfort animals are not permitted.
- Strollers are not permitted onboard.
- Smoking is not permitted onboard. Keep food and drink containers closed while boarding, and take all belongings with you when you leave.
- Arrive 30–45 minutes before departure to allow time for parking and check-in. Boarding cannot be delayed for late arrivals.
Cancellation Policy
Sails run rain or shine. No refunds for no-shows or missed sails. If the captain determines conditions are unsafe, the sail will be canceled. If the operator cancels your sail, you can reschedule for another available sail or receive a refund. Weather-related cancellation decisions are made as late as reasonably possible.
