Important details
- Ages 7+ only, with a minimum height of 52 inches and a weight range of 55–225 lbs.
- Families with children under 10 are limited to the 8:30 AM or 12:00 PM rides.
- Wear closed-toe shoes.
- Leave purses, backpacks and other bags in your car; they are not permitted on the ride.
- The 3 PM ride may be canceled due to heat.
- Arrive 1 hour before your scheduled ride to watch a safety video and complete paperwork.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. You'll also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
