Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 4 PM the day before your ride for a full refund. Later cancellations, no-shows, and last-minute decisions not to ride are non-refundable. Arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled arrival time may result in cancellation without a refund. If the Trail Manager cancels the ride or it is canceled for inclement weather, a refund or reschedule will be offered.
