- The historic railcars cannot accommodate standard-width wheelchairs for riders who cannot transfer.
- Table-for-four seating does not accommodate infants riding in laps.
- Only trained service animals are permitted. Emotional support, comfort, and companion animals are not allowed.
- Do not park in the Berkshire Mill lot near the platform; it is not public parking.
- Arrive at least 45 minutes before departure to allow time to park and check in. Trains depart on schedule and generally do not wait for late arrivals.
- Check in at the green railcar on the station platform using the name on your reservation to collect your tickets before boarding.
