- 4th Street North through Coquina Beach in Bradenton Beach is not serviced
- A phone number reachable on the morning of your rental is required
- Beach Suites cannot be combined
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14 or more days before your booking for a full refund; cancellations within 14 days are nonrefundable. If wind exceeds 15 mph, choose the suite without cabanas or umbrellas, or receive a full refund. If thunderstorms are forecast, choose a full refund or reschedule.
