Cancellation policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your shuttle pick-up or meeting time for a refund minus $40 per person; cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Custom group bookings of ten or more and promotional priced tours are non-refundable once confirmed. The operator may cancel for weather or unsafe conditions and will reschedule or issue a full refund. All participants must sign a liability waiver.
