- Passes are non-transferable.
- You may be refused boarding or service without a refund if you appear intoxicated.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled activity time.
Cancellation Policy
You'll receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the activity date, based on Chicago local time. No refunds once your pass has been used or has expired. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets are not refundable.
