- Arrive 5–10 minutes before your ride time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may forfeit your ride.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations or changes to rider numbers within 24 hours of your ride, or if you're removed for safety or scheduling reasons. Rides generally proceed unless there is lightning or nonstop rain. Rescheduling is recommended when temperatures are below 40°F.
