Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your ride
- Complete a liability waiver before mounting; a parent or guardian must sign for minors
- Helmet use is required
- Wear closed-toe shoes; long pants are recommended
- Ages 10+ and at least 55 inches tall only
- Weight limit 250 lbs
- Requires good health with no neck or back injuries; pregnancy and oxygen tanks are not permitted
- Requires lifting a leg to hip height for mounting and balancing on one foot for 20–30 seconds
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations received by 4 PM the day before your activity. No refund after that time or for missed activities. If the Trail Manager cancels due to inclement weather, a refund or reschedule will be offered. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation without a refund.
