    What's Included

    Important details

    • Trail riding is for ages 10–65. Rider categories have specific height, weight and body mass index (BMI) limits, with a maximum listed height of 6'4". Riders above the listed weight limit of 235 or a BMI of 32 need an individual exception, subject to suitable horse availability.
    • The Lil' Buckaroo Program is for ages 4–10 and includes hands-on horsemanship and riding, but no trail ride.
    • Pregnancy or medical conditions require an individual review of riding eligibility.
    • Bring valid identification if your age may be questioned at check-in.
    • Height, weight and BMI may be checked on arrival if they differ from the information supplied. Inaccurate rider information can result in losing your ride without a refund.
    • Wear closed-toe riding footwear. Treaded hiking boots, sneakers and flat-soled shoes are not permitted. Rental boots depend on size availability and are not guaranteed.
    • Sign a waiver before riding. Riders ages 17 and under must wear a helmet. If you are 18 or older and decline a helmet, you must handwrite a statement accepting responsibility for injury or death while riding without one and releasing the ranch from liability.
    • Arrive 15 minutes before your start time.

    Cancellation Policy

    All payments are non-refundable. Cancel at least 48 hours before the start to receive a credit, minus the $60 Ranch Reservation Fee, valid for 1 year from the original booking. An additional Ranch Reservation Fee applies when rescheduling.

    FAQs

    Yes. Parents are welcome to stay with their child during the Buckaroo Program.

    Yes. Trotting is allowed on your horseback ride after completing the arena horsemanship session, provided you can mount and dismount safely.

    No. Lunch at the White Horse Pavilion and bottled water for the trail are available separately and are not included in the listed price. Lunch is available before or after your ride. Bring a water bottle.
