- Late-return charges are not included in the listed price. You'll be charged $5 per minute, equivalent to $75 for every 15 minutes beyond your rental period.
- You're responsible for all repair costs and any missing or damaged equipment. A credit card is kept on file for these charges, which may be applied immediately or within 72 hours.
- If you're 15 minutes overdue without word, Water Patrol will be alerted to begin a search.
Cancellation Policy
For 4- or 8-hour rentals, cancel at least 48 hours before your rental date for a refund minus 8.5%. For multi-day rentals, cancel at least 5 days before your rental date for the same refund. Later cancellations forfeit full payment. Weather interruptions may be accommodated with additional rental time if available. Early returns or not taking the boat on the rental day do not qualify for a refund.
