Important details

• For museum and butterfly center admission, children ages 0–2 enter free; ages 3+ are charged the adult rate.
• Pets are not allowed in the museum. Service animals are permitted with valid identification.
• Do not bring outside food or drinks into the museum. Do not smoke or drink alcohol inside; you will be asked to leave if you do.
• Personal photography is allowed in the museum, but commercial photography, commercial filming, and live broadcasting of shows are prohibited. Do not use flash in the planetarium or butterfly center.
• For museum re-entry, show your ticket, wristband, or stamp at the entrance. Re-entry is not permitted with a standalone planetarium ticket.
• The planetarium's last show is at 17:00. Late entry is not permitted.
