- Weight limit: 275 lbs
- Wear athletic footwear; Crocs, flip-flops, and strapless sandals or shoes are not allowed
- Sheer or see-through clothing, deep cleavage, cutoff shirts, and cutoff shorts are not allowed
- Not recommended during pregnancy or for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Remain seated and keep your hands, arms, and legs inside while the bike is moving
- Follow captain safety instructions; aggressive behavior, public intoxication, illegal substances, or safety violations may result in removal without a refund
- Prepare for changing weather; rides may be canceled when conditions are unsafe
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled ride. Cancellations within 48 hours of your ride are non-refundable.

If conditions are deemed unsafe, your ride will be canceled and a rain check will be issued for a future ride. If you choose not to ride when conditions are considered safe, no rain check is issued.
