- Be ready for pickup at your scheduled hike time. The van can wait only 10 minutes before departing.
Cancellation Policy
Hikes are canceled only for extreme weather or unforeseen events. If the operator cancels, you can reschedule or receive credit; this is usually the only case for a full refund. Cancel more than 7 days ahead: 15% administration fee. From 7 days to 24 hours: 50% plus administration fees. Under 24 hours or no-show: full price including fees.

Yes. Optional Trail’s End drop-off spots are available at no extra charge. Each is within easy walking distance of downtown Nantucket or near a public bus stop. After drop-off, you’re on your own for further exploring and transportation.
