- Operators must be 21 or older
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need approved boating-safety credentials, a boating education ID card, and photo ID
- An exempt adult or an adult 18+ with a boater education ID may remain onboard and accept responsibility for operation
- Wear the provided Engine Cut-Off Switch Link whenever operating above idle speed
- Complete the rental waiver before pickup
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank; otherwise, a refueling charge not included in the listed price applies: $225 for 1 day or $325 for multi-day rentals
- Return on time; a late fee not included in the listed price is $100 for every 30 minutes after the due time

Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations. Cancellations require 10 full days' notice. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours are subject to the full rental fee. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather.
FAQs
Visitors may use proof of a boater safety course or equivalent exam that meets or exceeds Florida requirements instead of a Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card. You may also obtain a temporary certificate, valid for 90 days. Carry photo identification when operating the boat.
