Cancellation Policy
Tickets are valid for 6 months after purchase. Refund requests are subject to a 10% cancellation fee; no refunds are available after 80 days from purchase. If the operator rebooks or relocates your reservation due to private events, mechanical issues, ice maintenance, or acts of God, you can receive a full refund if the change is not acceptable.
