- Arrive 30 minutes before your activity start time
- A $6 park entrance fee per car, for up to 8 people, is collected upon arrival and is not included in the listed price
- A $8.51 tram wristband is required for everyone ages 6+ and is valid until the river closes
- Ages under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the tram and water
- A liability waiver is required
- Physical capability, skill, and knowledge for tubing are required; weak swimmers must wear a Type I, II, or III personal flotation device
- Leave alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, disposable items, coolers, food, speakers, water guns, and pets off the river
- Complete your float in time for the last tram pickup at 5:00 pm
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows are charged the full price. No refunds are issued for inclement weather; you may reschedule or receive a gift certificate.

Damaged rental tubes are replaced, but refunds are not issued for damage that occurs on the river.
