Important details
- Drivers must be at least 21 with a valid motorcycle license or endorsement
- Bring your motorcycle license or endorsement to pickup
- Rear passengers must be at least 7 years old
- Complete a liability waiver at the time of rental
- A security-deposit authorization hold is required at pickup by credit or debit card; the cardholder must be present
- Keep the motorcycle on paved roads and do not ride on the back side of Hana
- Return on time; late returns incur additional charges
- Full-face helmets are available for an additional $15
- Optional towing coverage is available at $20 per day for rentals of 2 days or more
- Without an optional damage waiver, you are responsible for motorcycle damage up to its replacement value
Cancellation Policy
For 1–2 units rented for up to 2 days, cancel at least 24 hours before start; cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable. For 3+ day or 3+ unit rentals, cancel at least 120 hours before start; later cancellations are nonrefundable. Rebooked reservations within these windows are nonrefundable.
