Cancellation Policy
For 1–2 day rentals of 1–2 units, cancel at least 24 hours before start for a refund minus the 10% deposit; later cancellations are nonrefundable. For 3+ day or 3+ unit rentals, cancel at least 120 hours before start for a refund minus the 50% deposit; later cancellations are nonrefundable. Rebooked reservations within these windows are nonrefundable.
